• Confirmed who they are: a government photo ID that matches the name on their profile, checked on a short video call.
• Confirmed they're really doing this work: the photos in their portfolio are their own, matched against their social media or business pages, or seen in person.
• Confirmed their contact details: their email and phone number work.
• Checked their record on StyleSpot: no unresolved safety reports.
